Deep Ecology 007
Part One: Coming into relationship with the more than human world
Part Two: A Relationship with Trees
This workshop explores the ways in which we are interconnected with the rest of the natural world and methods for coming to recognize this and develop our consciousness of the rest of the living community we share our planet with.
It will combine concepts from deep ecology with permaculture principles and zones, and offer several interactive and reflective activities.
Part One will focus on our interconnectedness with all life and with the development of empathy with deep ecological practices. Part two will focus on our species special relationship with trees through deep time and on the importance of our relationship to trees. Both sessions will include time to interact with the natural world.
