Programme
At the festival there will be several workshops happening at the same time. We have 7 different workshop arenas and a host of different workshops to choose from at any time; both theoretical and practical, indoors and outside. In the day-programs further down on this page and under the ‘workshop’ heading you will find more information about the workshops in the abundant programme.
This is an overview of the general timings for meals and sessions during the days of the festival. News about workshop holders and workshop themes will be updated regularly here on this website and in our Facebook group and event. Its worth keeping an eye on our Facebook group and event for other information and networking.
Day-programme
Be aware that the program still can be subject to change!
Every morning, during breakfast, we will gather for introductions to the day, so that everyone is updated and welcomed into each day.
Childrens area and activities:
The children’s area will be a meeting place with focus on children and young adults with room for parents and families to explore play, creativity and curiosity. We have designed a programme where some activites are planned and regular each day (like feeding the farm animals in the morning and afternoon), and other times lots will be free to spend in the space and in your own rhythm.
Rise and shine:
In addition to a lot of inspiring workshops the Nordic Permaculture Festival will also make sure to nurture your body and soul! Every morning we will offer the opportunity to connect to both inner and outer nature through simple Tai chi movement for wellbeing, dance, yoga or guided silent walks in nature. But of course, you are always welcome to sleep in as well…. 😉
Sharing circle:
Since there are many workshops to take part in during the festival, we also want to accommodate a space for participants to share from their experiences, or expertise, in a circle of active listening, and anchoring with a talking stick to support ‘people care’ and ‘fair share’. Participants are welcome to initiate sharing from our festival experience in general, or focus a sharing circle on a specific topic, like LAND, permaculture education, or any topic of interest to participants.
