Needle binding

Needle-binding is an ancient method for making textiles. It has probably existed since the bronze age and was used widely during the Viking age and Middle age.
With needle-binding you can make hats, socks, mittens, and other garments by using a large needle and woolen yarn.
In this workshop you will learn how to make basic stitches and starts, so you can start your own needle-binding projects.
