Mushroom picking
Join Campbell on a mushroom-tour in the forest in order to get an overview of some edible, none-edible and poisonous mushrooms.
Campbell will also show you how to identify them by using a mushroom-book. Back at the farm you will together cook the edible mushrooms and have the opportunity to taste them.
Campbell Waldron
Campbell grew up in Santa Barbara in California. He has studied permaculture, plant propagation and soil-science. His interest for mushrooms originated in that period.
Now he is studying at the Sopp og Nytteveksterforbundet in order to be an mushroom-expert and he would like to share with you what he has learned.
